1. The general trading conditions regulate the contractual relation between guest / tenant and host / landlord and apply of You with the reservation as recognized.

2. To accommodating contracts the general law of contract of the BGB to be applied beside §§ the 70 ff of the civil law book (BGB). The contract cannot be loosened on one side.

3. The accommodating contract is finally conclude, as soon as rooms are ordered and assured.

4. The conclusion of an accommodating contract obligates the contracting parties to the fulfilment of the contract. The contract can be quit only of important reason.

5. The reservation dates are binding for both contracting parties.

6. The reserved rooms are to the guest on the journey day starting from    15.00 o’clock at the disposal and must be vacated on the departure day to 10.00 o’clock.

7. Settling the bill at the latest is to pay in cash at the departure. The hosts are entitled to require pre-payment or place intermediate calculations.

8. The inefficacy of individual regulations of the GTC does not touch the validity of the remaining regulations. In place of an ineffective regulation its economic content if possible approximating an effective regulation steps. Same applies to any contractual loopholes. The correction of mistakes, in particular of writing or calculation errors in offers in writing, acknowledgements or folders of “Privatzimmer Nuernberg”, remains reserving. Deviations, special agreements must be held in writing.

9. The place of delivery and the area of jurisdiction are Nuernberg.
